Each rehearsal call is transcribed in real time so the AI counterpart can respond and so we can score the call afterward. We store the transcript, your scorecard, and the documents or notes you supply. We do not retain call audio.

Uploaded documents are used only to prepare and score your rehearsal. They are not used to train models.

Your phone number is used to verify you, place the call, and send your report. We keep a record of the consent you gave, the time, and the IP address it came from.

Mobile information and messaging consent

DryRunner does not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your messaging consent is specific to DryRunner and is not transferred to another business.

Service providers that deliver messages or operate DryRunner may process your mobile information only to provide those services. This does not permit them to use your mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing.
